We offer a full no-questions refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment or lifetime purchase. Email support@convorium.com with your account email and the reason (optional). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
On downgrade to free: you pick 1 program to keep active. Others are archived (read-only, still downloadable as JSON). You may export all your data at any time from Settings → Export.
Regardless of subscription status, you have the right to export all your data at any time (Settings → Export). The export includes all programs (JSON) and all set logs (CSV). See our Privacy Policy for full GDPR rights.
