We offer a full no-questions refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment or lifetime purchase. Email support@convorium.com with your account email and the reason (optional). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
On downgrade to free: your existing programs remain in your library and viewable, and you can continue to log against them indefinitely. Editing program structure, creating new programs, forking, and publishing all become unavailable until you resubscribe. You may export all your data at any time from Settings → Export.
Regardless of subscription status, you have the right to export all your data at any time (Settings → Export). The export includes all programs (JSON) and all set logs (CSV). See our Privacy Policy for full GDPR rights.
